A.I.M.E. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting students ages 13 to 29 with their future careers by providing meaningful connections, hands-on experiences, and access to professionals who can help guide them to the next level of success.
A.I.M.E. provides a wide range of career development opportunities, including job shadowing, volunteer experiences, seminars, workshops, and career counseling to help students explore their interests and gain real-world insight. Participants can also access business coaching, financial guidance, and resume writing support, equipping them with the practical skills and professional tools needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
Apprenticeship Education
Apprenticeship Education focuses on careers in the vocations and skilled trades, introducing students to hands-on industries that are essential to the workforce. Through this pathway, participants can pursue pre-apprenticeships and registered apprenticeship opportunities that lead to industry training, certifications, and long-term careers.
Internship Education
Internship Education focuses on high school juniors and seniors, as well as college and university students, helping them gain valuable workforce experience through internship opportunities and job shadow programs. These experiences allow students to explore career paths, build professional networks, and develop practical skills before entering the workforce.
Mentorship Education
Mentorship Education is designed for 7th and 8th grade middle school students and high school students who want to get a jump start on their future careers by building important skills early. Through volunteering, career counseling, resume workshops, job shadowing, and one-on-one mentorship, students gain guidance, confidence, and real-world insight into potential career paths.
Entrepreneurship Education
Entrepreneurship Education is designed for students ages 13 to 29 at all educational levels who aspire to become entrepreneurs and build successful businesses. Through business coaching, networking opportunities, and financial advising, students gain the knowledge, support, and resources needed to launch and grow their own ventures.
Membership Opportunities
Friends in the community, parents and families who want to support their children’s future, professionals from all career fields, and small business owners are welcome to join our membership program. Their support helps create meaningful opportunities and builds a stronger future for the next generation.
Partnership Opportunities
Area businesses, educational institutions, and government or public officials can partner with A.I.M.E. to help provide valuable opportunities for members of the community. Their support allows A.I.M.E. to offer important resources and experiences for students, while nonprofits and startups are welcome to partner at no cost.
Building a future parts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey
New for 2026, A.I.M.E. will launch a new initiative focused on expanding its outreach and impact by visiting and building partnerships in additional regions. This effort will include engagement across the Philadelphia Metropolitan area, Pennsylvania Dutch Country, the Harrisburg–Hershey–Gettysburg region, New Jersey, the Coal Mining Region, the Wyoming Valley, and the Pocono Mountains. Through these visits, A.I.M.E. aims to connect with local schools, businesses, community leaders, and organizations to introduce its programs, create new opportunities for students, and strengthen regional collaboration in workforce development.
